I enjoyed my stay there. Clean and cosy room. Very practical which I appreciated. Good size and comfortable bathroom. I also have a kitchen with all appliances! If you want to stay there for longer you will be fully independent if you choose so.
Nice hotel. Spa really nice. But not impressed with having to pay service charge in the bar. It was 2 bottles of beer. We ordered at the bar. We had to pour them ourselves and take to table so not sure where the service came in

This Nottingham casino is the best cricket ground in the country. I've been to all the major ones including Lords, nowhere comes close to Edgbaston for me. Been here to watch Warwickshire, Birmingham Bears, and many Tests and International games, the atmosphere is incredible.
I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others

Staff usually friendly and helpful. Machines could be a bit more friendly though LOL - but at least you can have a free coke whilst playing
Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms, the shower was amazing! The staff are all 5 star, I attended with my daughter and she was treated with such care and attention. Especially the breakfast staff, there was nothing they wouldn't do for us. Thank you for such a lovely experience.
The door could be unlocked so I am assuming that was the same from their side. A restless night ensued. Back to the ambience of the immediate surroundings...trust me on this, the view was like something from a run down bedsit in the Bronx. I slept here and that was about it. Couldn't stand to spend anymore time here than absolutely necessary. For £40 more than I paid I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel up the road. Certainly not worth what I paid, which was just short of £100. The breakfast was average, tables were not wiped (I did this myself) there were missing items off the advertised menu which was cheap and tasteless. Just about got through it. Certainly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Buyer beware!
We requested to change another one but the waiter refused and insisted they are fresh. She kept poker face for the rest of the time which made us feel very uncomfortable.
The hotel arranged for some cakes and chocolates to greet my wife in the room for her birthday which was great.
Been a few times now with my friend, actually tried out a different casino and we had a moment of "... Eh, it's not as friendly as the Rainbow though is it..." ????
